PATTY TACKETT
Retired Cold Case Detective Patty Tackett
will take attendees through the inner-workings of cold case investigation. Utilizing cases she has worked directly, Tackett will take a deep-dive into the different buckets of cold case, the challenges presented by each type, and how the public and the media can get involved to help solve some the country’s most puzzling cold cases.
Tackett worked with the Dayton, Ohio Police Department for 31 years (she just retired last month!) and has been at the helm of some of Ohio’s most notorious cases, such as the murder of Tina Ivery and the missing persons case of Niqui McCown.
